When you ask for the live session dates — first name, last name, organisation if you give it, and email. We use them to send you the dates. Nothing else.
When you tick the box for the monthly email — the same details, plus the date on which you ticked it. That box is never ticked for you, and the registration works without it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link: one click, no reason to give.
When you send a brief — what you write, so that a person can answer you.
Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymisation. Nothing is measured, and no cookie is set, until you agree in the banner. Your answer, yes or no, is remembered so that you are not asked again on every page. We do not advertise, and we share nothing with advertising networks.
Change your measurement choice
Netlify hosts the site and stores what the forms receive. It is an American company; the transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.
Brevo holds the monthly email list and sends it. It is a French company, and it only receives an address once you have ticked the box and confirmed by email.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or exchange these details.
Session registrations, twenty-four months after the last session you attended. The monthly email list, until you unsubscribe. Briefs and the exchanges that follow, three years after our last contact, as a record of the conversation.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion, or the withdrawal of your consent at any time. One email to the address above is enough, and you get an answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the CNIL in France, or to the SDAIA in Saudi Arabia.
