Everything technical is getting cheaper, faster and automatable. What is left is the part that happens between people. We start there.
We turn human behaviour into measurable business performance. One method, three programmes, in Riyadh and Paris.
Leadership. Customer experience. Higher education.
Organisations we work with

Method
They call with a number that will not move. Then we look at the human behaviour sitting underneath it.
Of all the skills employers say are rising in importance, the one rising fastest is leadership and social influence, up 22 percentage points in two years. Two thirds now call resilience and agility essential, and empathy and active listening sit in the top ten.
World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025. Over 1,000 employers representing more than 14 million workers, across 22 industry clusters and 55 economies.
The gap is not knowledge. Everyone can define active listening. The gap is behaviour under pressure, in a real room, on a bad day.
Four steps, always in this order. What changes is the content, never the sequence.
We ask, and we watch. Your indicators, your floor, your meetings. Before any proposal, not as a three week prelude to one.
The people who have to change decide they want to. Nothing is deployed against a room that did not agree to be there. This is the step most programmes skip, and the reason most of them fade by week three.
Practice on your own situations, not case studies. Repetition and feedback rather than slides. People leave having done the difficult thing.
Coaching cards for the managers, and the same measure taken again on the same basis. You get the delta, not a satisfaction score, and that measure reopens step one.
Technology will keep getting better on its own. Your people will not.
Programmes
Fixed formats, fixed scope. The diagnosis happens inside the programme, not as a three week prelude to a proposal.
From the C-suite to middle management
Two populations, two agendas, one method. With executive committees we work on carrying a decision, disagreeing in the room rather than in the corridor, and arbitrating without losing the people. With middle management we work on turning intent into behaviour, saying the difficult thing early, and holding a team when the pressure rises. In both cases the work is done on your own situations, filmed and rated against one grid. People arrive able to explain and leave able to convince.
Luxury retail, hospitality, and any business raising its customer experience
For the floor and the people who run it, in fashion, jewellery, beauty and hospitality, and for any business that wants to hold its customer experience to the standard the luxury houses have set, sales training included. We start from the number that is not moving, conversion, basket, clienteling or mystery visits, and work on the behaviour underneath it. Designed after a diagnostic, never before.
Universities, their students and their faculty
Two programmes, one on each side of the lectern. Keys to Success gives students six workshops on what is taught neither at school nor at university: strengths, communication styles, personal branding, networking, etiquette, and getting organised. It has already been run with more than 500 students at Sciences Po Paris and the Institut Français de la Mode. The Memorable Class works with faculty, from subject-matter expert to memorable educator.
About
The method was built by Frédéric Morales, business psychologist. Twenty years spent looking at why capable people underperform in front of other people, and what can be trained about it.
Senior roles at Van Cleef and Arpels, CHANEL and FRED inside LVMH, where he built in house learning departments and deployed training across every continent. Later Chief People Officer at Quantis, part of The Boston Consulting Group. Psychology and neuroscience at McGill, an MBA from ESCP, and INSEAD.
He has taught more than 500 students at Sciences Po Paris, the Institut Français de la Mode and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, and still teaches every year. He founded Human Skills First in Paris in 2024, and opened in Riyadh the following year, to turn the human side of performance into something a team can rehearse on a Tuesday morning. He works in English and French.
Everything is written down: the sequences, the criteria, the grid the work is rated against. A method that lives only in the head of the person delivering it cannot be taught, and cannot be certified.
Where a programme needs a discipline the method does not carry (a language, a market, a technical field), the person who brings it is named in the proposal, before you sign it. Nobody is ever assigned to you to fill a schedule.
